Professional Small Arms and Tactics Training

Urban lever rifle is the perfect course for those who do not own an AR
or AK pattern rifle, yet, know that a rifle is the most efficient and
effective tool with which to protect their life and that of their
family.
Law Enforcement agencies with insufficient budgets should take a
serious look at the lever rifle and it's particular characteristics,
particularly in today's economic environment.
In this day and age, it is often assumed that only current production
assault rifles offer any tactical advantages. This, unfortunately, is not
true. large bore lever rifles have been around since the 1800's. The
model 94 Winchester in caliber 30-30 appeared in 1895. The original
loading was a 165 gr. soft-point bullet and 30 grains of powder for a
velocity of 1970 fps. The new Russian service cartridge appeared in
1943, the 7.62x39. Ballistically speaking the 7.62x39 is quite inferior to
the 30-30 Winchester cartridge of today.
Millions of these quality lever rifles exist today and their owners
appreciate their quickness, lightweight, powerful and compact
envelopes. Our Urban Lever Rifle program highlights these attributes
lever action rifle.
Essential rifle marskmanship skills, rifle handling, use of cover,
movement, deployment in urban, home, and vehicular settings are fully
covered in our 2 or 3 day formats. Each student in urban lever rifle
will understand in full-measure that weapon familiarization, mind-set
and quality training will negate technological wizadry.
Urban lever rifle favors the 30-30 Winchester cartridge, but lever rifles
in calibers .44 and .357 magnum
are certainly adequate for this course.
